ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Misae here, lives most of my life in the Philippines but now an expat in the UAE. A friendly introvert ☺️ and yeah it’s okay for me to be alone. 😉

Employee most of the time. Read some books in my free times, paintings/sketches in few times, loves to travel too (as well as hiking, adventures & badminton) and a minimalist.

I have my principles and purpose. Family oriented and I believe in GOD (though not religious but an open-minded) ‘I am nothing without HIM’. I make Christ as the center in my life, HE is above all things. HE loves me first and ‘HE is Good all the Time’. My guide verse in my spiritual life is this – “The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.” – Psalm 23:1.

HISTORY & BLOG:

I created this site in the year of 2013 but not that active & even up to this time. Done lots of mistakes here and some post were deleted. Always learning in this blogging world. So please keep posted, I will try my best to write something in here.

This is made for the purpose of inspiration, I like “to inspire” as well as “to be inspired”. ‘Coz it’s a Beautiful World!

I am very much open to suggestions, corrections and comments. Please feel free to write me and comments on my posts.

PS:

As I am not a full time blogger, I try to manage posting my contents here. I scheduled ‘Word Power’ twice a week. For other categories I don’t have schedules, so as long as I like to post; have time; have some ideas, thoughts and book reviews – I’ll write it here. (Still there will be changes along the way).

Recently, I decided for my new post to be categorized based on two main pages:

A. Oasis – is where I feel relief, peace and happiness. Where all my ideas, thoughts, arts and creativity posted and categorized as follows:

  • Soul Thoughts – for my Bible (or other) verses and good thoughts.
  • Book Review – after reading a book which I like to post some thoughts.
  • Word Power – for my favorite quotes/poems. Scheduled twice a week, (Sundays & Wednesday).
  • Artsy Stories – includes my paintings/drawings and other crafts or my composition of simple poems or stories. 

B. TraVol – from my travel and volunteering activities. Also, I shared here my hiking, camping and few of my fun games/sports events.

  • Travel Stories – from my solo travels and traveling with friends.
  • Volunteering – for my volunteer works that I like to share.
  • Hiking, Camping and Adventures – from my hikes, camping and other adventures.
  • Fun Games/Sports – fun moments from my games/sports I like. 

I will also post nostalgic TraVol moments for ThrowBack Thursday, not every Thursday but for Thursdays. 🤓 Also a travel Tuesday’s quotes and thoughts.
