I long for the days when people really talked, instead of just texted. 😦 Great post . . . maybe someday things will become a bit more balanced with this issue.

I remember those old days where family/friends/neighbors used to bond through talking & telling stories (or jokes) & had lots of fun!! Those picnic & campfires! Maybe there are still few people doing this in rural areas (or province) where there’s no signal or wifi or no TV. 😁🤔

This perfectly explains why I do not subscribe to the current communication method of “shouting down.” Nothing is resolved. There is no understanding or tolerance. Only when we are open enough to hear another viewpoint can we come to a level of compassion — my wish for the world. 🙂 Warm New Year wishes to you. 🙂
